A fast website that customers, Google and AI can all read

We build fast, accessible websites for law firms, contractors, dental and med spa practices, vets, real estate agents and other local businesses, with structured data built in. Your services, prices and hours sit on the page as real text, so search engines and AI tools can read them. Nothing launches until it passes our checks and our owner approves it.

Do I need a new website?

Often not. We start by fixing the site you have. A rebuild makes sense when fixing it would cost more, or when the site:

  • shows your services or prices only as a PDF or a photo
  • needs JavaScript to show its main content
  • loads slowly on a phone
  • crams every service onto one page
  • can’t be updated without calling a developer

What’s in every site you build?

  • Plain HTML pages that load without JavaScript, so search engines and AI tools see what customers see.
  • One page per service, treatment or practice area, each answering the questions customers ask.
  • Text, not pictures of text: services, prices, hours, address, phone and license numbers written on the page. Google’s guidance for its AI features asks for important content in text form.
  • Structured data (Sage) that matches what’s on the page.
  • Buttons that do something: tap to call, get directions, book or request a quote through the platforms you already use.
  • Accessibility built to WCAG 2.2 level AA: clear headings, alt text on images, labeled form fields, readable contrast and full keyboard use.
  • Speed on phones: we aim for Google’s “good” range on all three Core Web Vitals (loading, responsiveness and layout stability).
  • Search and AI access: a robots.txt file that lets search and AI search crawlers in, and a sitemap sent to Google and Bing.
  • A privacy page that matches what the site actually collects.
  • Redirects from your old page addresses, so links and rankings carry over.
  • Hosting on Cloudflare Pages.

What does a site look like for my industry?

  • Law firms: home, one page per practice area, a bio for each attorney, about, articles, and a contact form that says it doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship. Results or testimonials appear only with written client consent and your state’s disclaimers, with “Attorney Advertising” labels where your state requires them.
  • Home-service and building contractors: a tap-to-call button on every page, one page per service, project pages with real photos, your service area, and license numbers where your state requires them.
  • Dental, med spa and vet practices: treatment pages, provider bios, insurance or pricing pages, and booking buttons. Request forms ask for contact details only, never health history, and there are no ad-tracking pixels on appointment pages. A dentist, your medical director or a vet approves every page.
  • Real estate agents: neighborhood pages written to Fair Housing rules, your brokerage’s name and the Equal Housing Opportunity statement it uses, and listing search through your MLS’s approved provider if you have one.
  • Auto shops, pest control and movers: service pages, estimate or quote forms, and the numbers customers check, such as certifications, pesticide licenses or your USDOT number.

What do you need from me?

  • Your domain: it stays in your name. You invite us as a member on your DNS or Cloudflare account.
  • Real photos of your place, your people and your work.
  • Your logo and any brand colors.
  • The facts for each page, confirmed in writing.
  • Approval before launch. For law firms, a lawyer at the firm signs off. For dental, med spa and vet practices, a dentist, your medical director or a vet does.

How do you check a site before and after launch?

Before launch: speed tests on mobile, automated accessibility checks plus a keyboard test, structured data validation, a broken-link check, and Rhea’s review of every fact against what you confirmed. Then our owner approves it.

After launch: we submit the sitemap to Google and Bing, test the redirects, and watch for missing pages for two weeks. From then on we track calls, form fills and bookings that come through the site.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my Google rankings if I switch websites?

Any move carries some risk. We lower it by listing every page on your old site, keeping the addresses that rank, redirecting the rest to the right new page, and watching for errors for two weeks after launch.

What do you build sites with?

Astro, a tool that produces plain, fast HTML pages, hosted on Cloudflare Pages. You don’t need to know either. What matters is that the pages load quickly and can be read without JavaScript.

Can I update the site myself?

We can set it up so you can change everyday things, like hours, prices and posts, without a developer. Bigger changes go through us so the structure and checks stay intact.

Do you take payments on the site?

No. We link to the booking, scheduling and payment platforms you already use. Our sites never collect card numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords.

Is the site accessible?

We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA and test with automated tools and by hand with a keyboard. Accessibility needs upkeep: new photos need alt text, and new pages need proper headings. We check new content as part of our monthly work.
